Individual Office Space

Enjoy the flexibility we offer here at Shelley Offices, as you are welcome to use an office for as little as 1 hour, up to a 2 year agreement.

All areas are secure with personal fob entry access. During the office hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday-Friday, our fully trained staff will ensure all your needs are met. Access is available outside of these hours for the companies who work with international clients, prefer an early start, or those who like to put the extra hours in, with full CCTV throughout the building to ensure everybody feels safe and secure.

Individual Office FAQ’s

How big are your offices?

We have a variety of offices sizes, from 100sqft up to 1345sqft, fit for 1 person on their own, 2 people sharing one office, or perhaps a slightly larger team taking on a bigger space. Contact us to tell us the size you require, and we will inform you with what we have available.

Are there any extra costs?

There are no extra costs. Once the size of space, length of agreement, start date, and any extras for your agreement has been agreed, you will pay only the monthly price for the fixed period. No hidden utility costs, no hidden maintenance costs, only the amount agreed will be due for payment each month.

What services are available?

A staffed reception from 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday, CCTV and secure fob access throughout the building, High-Speed Wi-Fi and plug in internet, cleaning on a regular basis, printing facilities, lockers and postal management.

How many people can fit in once office?

Our standard office will comfortably fit 2 people working. Some clients prefer to have this space just for one person, and other clients are happy to have 3 people in this space. You have the option (subject to availability) to take 2 or 3 offices in a row so that your team are all next door to each other, also with the option to open the wall in-between.

Do you offer a virtual office?

Shelley Offices doesn’t currently offer a virtual office. We do however offer the registered address with every office which comes with the post and parcel management.

Do I pay a deposit?

Yes, we will require one months rent as a deposit, which will be held until the end of the agreement for damages and repairs etc.

What if I don’t like aircon?

Our system allows us to set the room to your desired temperature. Between the heating panels and the aircon unit, they work to always achieve this temperature. You can also open your windows for fresh air should you wish.
