Flexible Coworking & Hot Desk Spaces in Borehamwood

We offer daily access to one of our twenty-four luxury hot-desk pods under a monthly membership. Hot-desking is just the same as coworking. However, unlike large coworking desks, with multiple chairs for coworkers to use, we offer individual desks with high rise sound absorbing walls, a lamp, office chair, a plug and an ethernet cable.

Each pod on the first floor of our building offers our members and coworkers a high-end personal and comfortable desk space that they can use each day. On the second floor, Hot-desk and Coworking members can further enjoy the space to work in. Our luxury breakout area offers a more open and informal way of working, either at a sofa with a side table or at the table with up to 8 chairs.

Coworking Space & Hot Desking

All areas are secure with personal fob entry access. During the office hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday-Friday, our fully trained staff will ensure all your needs are met. Access is available outside of these hours for the companies who work with international clients, prefer an early start, or those who like to put the extra hours in, with full CCTV throughout the building to ensure everybody feels safe and secure.

Hot-desking FAQ’s

Who uses a hot-desk?

Small business and entrepreneurs can use a hot-desk if they don’t need to take on a larger space and are happy with the smaller desk. Clients who are in the area and need a space for a quick call or even 1 hour’s quiet working time may use the desk as a one off. The option to have a hot-desk incorporated into the agreement along with an individual office works for some clients as they might have part-time staff who need to be near by, but not necessarily in the same space.

How do I arrange a viewing?

Please give us a call on 020 3817 7730 to arrange a viewing, we are more than happy to show you the space and facilities. We also offer Free Day Passes for those who want to give our space a trail.

What do coworking spaces include?

Very much the same as an Individual Office, coworkers can enjoy all our facilities which include, lockers, printing, pool table, coffee and vending machines, meeting room hire, high-speed Wi-Fi, fob access to the building etc. Along with this, you will choose a free desk to work at, which may not be the desk you worked at the day before. All Hot-desk are on a first come first serve basis in terms of location, but not to worry, there are plenty for all our members, so you will never be without a desk to work at.

Where are the hot-desks located?

You will need to walk straight up the stairs as you come into the building on the ground floor, then on the first floor, the offices and coworking desks are split left and right, both sides mirroring each other. Pick a side and pick a desk that’s free.
